The Certificate Holder must be Nation-Wide General Rental Center, INC. and all certificates must be worded as follows:

"Nation-Wide General Rental Center, INC. and its Partners are named as Additional Insured and Loss Payee for all equipment Leased to or Rented from Nation-Wide General Rental Center, INC. including Substitute, Extra, Permanent or Interim equipment."
